"I used to be overweight, now I'm going to complete my second triathlon!"
Danny Lewington, 31, used to be overweight but his love for Herbalife and triathlons, has turned his life around.

My diet used to be terrible. I loved snacks chocolate bars, crisps, cakes and fizzy drinks. For lunch I would feast on pizza and chips. I was overweight, miserable and felt depressed. When I hit 18.5 stone, I knew I had to lose weight but I had to do it for myself.
I discovered Herbalife through the Internet and started a Weight Management Programme, and pretty soon the excess weight began to fall off. However, it wasn't just my physical appearance that changed; it was everything! I noticed dramatic transformations in myself. My attitude, confidence and outlook in life were completely different I was happy! It was a major confidence boost.
It was easy to motivate myself as I lost weight. For me, the changes were fast. My energy levels went through the roof, and I felt a lot lighter. Now I feel unbelievable. By regular exercise and my new-found love for Latin dancing, I've bulked out, turning my fat into muscle.
Now I am much fitter and healthier, I am entering Latin dancing competitions and taking part in triathlons something I never thought I'd do. Last year, I took part in the Michelob ULTRA London triathlon as part of a group and did the swim in just 18 minutes.
This year, I am preparing for the London Triathlon in August. I've decided to go it alone; it's going to be a huge personal achievement. To prepare, I dance twice a week for four hours at a time. I work out at the gym three times a week, doing a lot of cardio. I go on the treadmill, rower and bike and do press-ups. I'm happy with what I've achieved. I was unhappy for so many years, now I'm living life to the max!
